What is the GUIDE Program?

GUIDE (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience) is a Medicare-sponsored program created to support people living with dementia and their caregivers with practical, ongoing help.

What You May Get (If Eligible)

  • Respite hours so you can rest, work, or attend appointments
